“The Great Commission is too big for anyone to accomplish alone and too important not to try to do together.”

~ Steve Moore.

The KEMA Strategic Plan 2026–2028 sets the direction for how we will mobilize, equip, and unite the church in Kenya for global missions. It is the fruit of prayer, consultation, and collaboration among mission leaders and partners. The plan outlines six priority areas that focus our efforts on mobilization, capacity development, frontier missions, research, resource development, and prayer.

This plan is not only a document, but a roadmap for action. It calls every church, organization, and believer to play a role so that together we may reach the least reached peoples in Kenya, Africa, and beyond.

Reality of the Task Remaining

In Kenya, we have had the gospel for over 180 years, 5% of our population are still unreached with the gospel. We also have a responsibility to take the gospel to the Horn of Africa and North Africa regions where millions are still waiting to hear. We can do better if we do it together.
